1. Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge until the shop accepts the order.

2. After acceptance

Food orders cannot be cancelled once preparation starts. Shop orders can be cancelled before pickup.

3. Refunds

For wrong, missing or damaged items, report in the app within 24 hours. UPI refunds go back to the same account in 5–7 working days.

4. Cash orders

For cash orders, refunds are given as cash or UPI after we check the issue.
